# AI Limits

> Rate limits and quotas for Flare AI features.

## Rate Limits

| Plan        | Per User   | Per Server | Model    |
| ----------- | ---------- | ---------- | -------- |
| **Free**    | 5 req/min  | 15 req/min | Standard |
| **Premium** | 15 req/min | 50 req/min | Advanced |

## Question Length

The `/ask` command has a maximum question length of **200 characters**. Mention AI has no hard limit but very long messages may be truncated before processing.

## Cooldowns

If you exceed the rate limit, Flare will silently ignore your messages until the 60-second window resets.
