# Moderation Logs

> Audit trail for all moderation actions taken by your team.

## What is Logged?

* **Bans & Unbans** with moderator, reason, and target
* **Kicks** with moderator and reason
* **Mutes & Unmutes** with duration
* **Warns & Clear Warns**
* **Jails & Unjails** with role snapshots

## Why Use Moderation Logs?

Moderation logs create accountability. If a moderator abuses their power, the audit trail provides evidence. If a user appeals a ban, you can look up the exact reason and moderator who issued it.

## Setup

Assign the **Moderation** category to a channel via `/logs`.
