# Premium Troubleshooting

> Fix issues with Flare Premium activation and billing.

  <Accordion title="I purchased Premium but it's not active">
    Wait 5 minutes, then run `/premium` in your server. If still inactive, go to Dashboard > Premium and ensure the token is assigned to your server.

  <Accordion title="My Premium expired but I still have an active subscription">
    This is usually a Stripe webhook delay. Contact support in the [Support Server](https://discord.gg/We5DUmXYCJ) with your transaction ID.

  <Accordion title="I can't assign my token to a server">
    Ensure Flare is invited to the server and you have admin permissions in it. The server must appear in your dashboard grid.
