Overview
The Modules page is where the magic happens. Flare is completely modular—meaning you only turn on the features your server actually needs. This keeps your server lightweight and prevents features from overlapping with other bots you might have.
How to Enable a Module
- Navigate to the Modules tab on the left sidebar.
- You will see a grid of all available features (e.g., Moderation, Anti Nuke, Giveaways).
- Click the toggle switch next to a module’s name to enable it.
- Once enabled, click on the module’s card to open its detailed configuration page.
Configuration Pages
Every module has its own dedicated settings page. For example, clicking into the Logging module will reveal dropdowns allowing you to map specific log events (like Message Deletions or Member Bans) to specific Discord channels.
Real-Time Validation
The dashboard automatically syncs with Discord. If you create a new channel in your server, it will immediately appear in the dashboard’s dropdown menus without needing a page refresh.
If a channel is missing from a dropdown, ensure Flare has the View Channel permission for that specific channel in Discord.
Disabling a Module
If you decide you no longer want a feature (e.g., you want to stop using VoiceMaster):
- Return to the Modules grid.
- Toggle the switch off.
- Flare will immediately stop executing that module’s logic in your server. Your configurations are saved in the database in case you decide to turn it back on later.
