Yes! Flare’s core features—including Moderation, AntiNuke, AutoMod, and Logging—are 100% free to use forever. We offer a Premium subscription for advanced customization, AI features, and cosmetic upgrades to help support development.
No. Flare respects your privacy. We do not log or store message content in any database. Messages are only processed temporarily in RAM for AutoMod filtering or Mention AI context, and are immediately discarded.
Flare primarily uses Discord Slash Commands (/) as mandated by Discord. However, for legacy text commands, you can change the prefix using the /prefix set <new_prefix> command.

Troubleshooting

If Flare appears offline, we are likely pushing a major update or undergoing routine maintenance. Check the #announcements channel in our Support Server for status updates.
This usually means Flare is missing permissions in that specific channel (like View Channel or Send Messages), or Discord’s API is currently experiencing an outage.
If you purchased Flare Premium and it hasn’t applied to your server, wait 5 minutes and try running /premium status. If it still fails, open a ticket in our Support Server with your transaction ID.
